Return & Refund Policy
Returns
You have up to 7 days to return any defective products for either a refund or replacement.
Refunds will only be considered up to 7 days from purchase.
To be eligible for returns, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at
contact@abowontopgifts.ca if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@abowontopgifts.ca
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@abowontopgifts.ca
Shipping
To return your product please contact us by email for the ship to address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs on the original purchase are non-refundable.
